Our Process
Jeffrey Ellis Carl Cabinetmaker’s reputation was built with integrity and by honoring quality and commitment above all. We take great pride in the work of our team from our experienced estimators and project managers to our engineers and ultimately to the workmanship of our millwork/cabinetmakers and installers.
In our 16,000 square foot facility we continuously invest in technology to better our manufacturing process and quality. Using CabinetVision and AutoCad, all engineering shop drawings are generated and revised through to the machining process. The manufacturing processes are linked with CNC saw and a point-to-point machining center.
We are Corian certified and have in-house wood finishing.
Our process starts with your architectural design. Working with your design we create shop drawings for your review, approval and ultimate scheduling. When your site is ready we verify dimensions, advise if any changes and release for manufacturing.
